1. The service

Front Desk Pro provides AI-assisted phone answering, lead follow-up, appointment capture, and reporting for your business ("the Service"). The Service assists your front desk; it does not replace your judgment about which jobs to take or how to price them.

2. Trials and billing

Plans start with a 14-day trial. Your trial end date and the monthly price that applies afterward are displayed before you provide payment details. After the trial, billing occurs monthly via Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once setup work has begun.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your company profile (services, hours, pricing ranges, service area), for complying with laws that apply to your business communications — including call-recording consent rules in your state and text-messaging consent rules — and for promptly reviewing appointment and lead information the Service captures.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no spam, no sending messages to people who have opted out. We may suspend accounts that create legal risk for us or for recipients of their messages.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated call handling can make mistakes; we work to minimize them but do not guarantee any particular business outcome, call volume, or booking rate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim.
